A new charitable organisation supported by the churches of Haverhill
We will be working closely with other agencies, ie. social services and health visitors to support families experiencing unexpected crises.
It only takes a change in circumstances; for example, loss of job, benefit cut or benefit delay and families already struggling to make ends meet, either have to borrow money for food, or go without.
We at the Haverhill Food Bank are looking to help bridge the gap with food for a family or individual for at least 3 days, until other agencies or services becomes available.
